Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you opt for our professional stringing service, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.
What is your return policy for shoes and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that tennis shoes must be returned in their original box without any signs of wear on the court.
Can I return a racket after it has been played with?
To maintain our quality standards, we only accept returns on rackets that are in brand-new condition with the plastic wrap still on the handle. Rackets that have been strung or used on court cannot be returned.
Do you offer professional racket stringing services?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of premium strings. You can select your preferred string and tension on the product page, and our master stringers will prepare your racket before it ships.
How can I track my Tennis-Point order?
