At Tennis-Point, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our hassle-free process makes it easy to get back on the court.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and shoe boxes, into a shipping container. Please do not use the manufacturer's shoe box as the primary shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
